TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For Game Development and Game Usage

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the development, distribution, access, and use of the game(s) (“Game”, “Service”, or “Product”) developed and/or published by [Developer Android 

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

1. Definitions

  • Game: Any video game, mobile game, PC game, console game, or online game developed or published by the Company.

  • User / Player: Any individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Game.

  • Content: All game assets including code, graphics, animations, sound effects, music, characters, stories, UI, text, and in-game items.

  • Account: A registered profile created by a User to access certain features of the Game.

  • Virtual Items: In-game currency, skins, characters, boosts, or other digital items.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use the Game.

  • If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any User at its discretion.

3. License Grant

  • The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

  • You do not own the Game or any Content; you are only licensed to use it under these Terms.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Game

  • Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software

  • Abuse bugs or glitches for unfair advantage

  • Use the Game for illegal or commercial purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other players

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights in the Game and Content belong exclusively to the Company.

  • Trademarks, logos, characters, and game designs are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. User Accounts

  • Some features may require account creation.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

  • The Company is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

7. Virtual Items & Purchases

  • The Game may offer in-game purchases or virtual currency.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

  • The Company may modify or remove virtual items at any time.

8. Updates and Modifications

  • The Company may provide updates, patches, or new features.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Online Features & Multiplayer

  • Online services may require an internet connection.

  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted online access.

  • We may suspend online features for maintenance or technical reasons.

10. User-Generated Content

  • If you submit content (e.g., usernames, chat messages, mods, feedback):

    • You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

    • You confirm that your content does not violate any laws or rights.

  • The Company may remove any content at its discretion.
